• $2.5 million (over 7 years) to build the Robert W. Sneden Center administrative/classroom building on Davenport's Lettinga campus
• $200,000 for Historical Preservation grant to establish university archives, a history book, and wall display

GROW (Grand Rapids Opportunities for Women)

$20,000 for Business Wellness Checkup program

Inforum of West Michigan

$10,000 for leadership mentoring programs for women

Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes

$25,000 to introduce J.A. business & economic lessons in Upper Peninsula pilot school districts

Lighthouse Communities

$30,000 completes 3-year pledge for development of business incubator in Southtown neighborhood of Grand Rapids

Meijer Great Choices Film Festival 

$7500 for student peer-messaging video competition

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services

$20,000 matching grant to support Ottawa Hills Partnership, which places counseling professionals on site at Ottawa Hills High School and Alger Middle School

Reach Out & Read Michigan

$12,000 for childhood literacy program to distribute books during pediatric wellness checkups.  Sites served include Clinica Santa Maria in Grand Rapids, Family Health Care clinics in Baldwin and White Cloud, Michigan.   

Camp New Day (Marquette, MI)

$2000 to support summer camp experiences for children of incarcerated parents

Lose the Training Wheels Inc. (Marquette, MI)

$1000 for special-needs bike training event

Cedar Tree Institute (Marquette County, MI)

$10,000 for Phase III of "Wings and Seeds" native plant restoration project

Council of Michigan Foundations

$2,500 for membership dues
